AMANDA CESNICK
Amanda served seven years in the U.S. Army, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan as an ammunition specialist. She is a results-driven entrepreneur, logistics expert, and female disabled U.S. Army veteran with a diverse background in business management, operations, and compliance. As the co-founder and majority owner of Model A Construction, she is leading the company’s expansion into government contracting, ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient construction services. She played a critical role in managing the forecasting, inventory, and compliance of mission-critical supply chains, ensuring the safe handling and distribution of ammunition, explosives, and hazardous materials.
STEVEN CESNICK
Steven is a seasoned construction professional and business strategist with over 27 years of hands-on experience in the concrete and building industries. As a licensed builder, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise and business expertise to every project. His deep knowledge of concrete finishing, foundation work, and residential and commercial construction ensures that Model A Construction delivers high-quality results with precision and efficiency.
Beyond his construction background, Steven has an extensive track record in sales, marketing, and business development, having spent over a decade leading high-performing sales teams and managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
